The position
As our new Student Assistant, you will join our dynamic and ambitious team, consisting of Finance Partners, Finance Graduates, and Student Assistants. You will work closely with a talented colleague in India, as well as another Student Assistant. Together you will support the broader R&D Finance team and global finance organization on various financial processes and systems.
Your responsibilities will be included but not limited to: Managing financial systems and financial planning Supporting Business Intelligence dashboards. Preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders In addition, You will also have the chance to support ad-hoc tasks across the team as needed. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to become a dedicated Finance Partner to a part of the R&D organization. You are a Student who is studying at the beginning of your Master’s degree or the end of your Bachelor's with a primary focus on Finance or Economics.
To succeed in this role, you have: Proficiency in spoken and written English Curiosity and the ability to handle different priorities at the same time Strong motivation for Finance It’s important that you demonstrate a passion for working in Novo Nordisk and driving change for patients with chronic diseases. R&ED Finance is part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the Research & Early Development organisation and projects in our pipeline. In R&ED Finance you will be part of a young and ambitious team consisting of 15 dedicated employees in Denmark, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India. Our overall ambition is to create impact through Finance Partnering with our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. To do this, we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
