As LEAN Partner, your role is to ensure a continuous development of our overall LEAN maturity at the site by helping our production and support organization to always operate with a LEAN mindset. We engage with managers, operators, and supporters at all levels to keep focus on delivering on what creates value for the site, but most importantly for our patients.Your key responsibilities will include:Identify LEAN solutions to solve business challenges and focus areas for process improvements. Drive the implementation of LEAN Supply System. Facilitating systematic problem-solving complex issues. Deliver training on LEAN systems and tools as part of our Novo Nordisk cLEAN® Academy (you will be trained at Novo Nordisk's cLEAN Academy). Coaching and providing feedback to managers on LEAN tools and systems at shopfloor. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:Hold an academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field. Have experience working with LEAN Manufacturing concepts. Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be fluent in both spoken and written English. It will be considered an advantage if you are proficient in Danish.As a person, you have excellent relationship building skills and a positive attitude. You are curious and interested in understanding complex processes and consider multiple perspectives. You flourish in an environment with numerous stakeholders, you actively immerse yourself in the dynamics of the line of business, as well as finding fulfilment in being a part of a team where sparring and collaboration is high on the agenda.

DMS is a dynamic and constantly evolving production site located in Hillerød. Responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of plastic components and devices for all Novo Nordisk production sites, we are currently employing more than 650 employees and continuously growing.
You will be an integral part of our Business Support department, which is responsible for LEAN, Training, Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety, Facility, IT, Digitalization & Automation support.
