People & Organisation Compliance Professional Are you excited about shaping a safe and compliant culture? If so, step into the role of People & Organisation (P&O) Compliance Professional and drive impactful Quality, Compliance and Health & Safety results for the Global P&O organisation. The position As our P&O Compliance Professional, you will be the link to the Quality, Compliance and Health & Safety areas, working together on the global processes, with authority to make the needed decisions that ensure we are in compliance. Also, you will represent P&O in relevant foras, and you will ensure we stay ahead of new regulations. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Map out, plan and coordinate quality and compliance related information to management and employees in P&O.
  • Establish and maintain overview and communication with local training coordinators (TCs). Also, you will follow up on training overview (past due training, yearly training assessment).
  • Ensure overview of P&O roles in Global Process Landscape are maintained and facilitate P&O Process review.
  • Coordinate and administer training in ISOtrain across P&O, ensuring continuous review/assessment of allocated training by manager, and maintain area specific modules.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration around Health & Safety processes across EVP-1 area in accordance with NN H&S guidance and HS management system. Create H&S Plan for P&O and ensure follow-up.
  • Provide status and progress at management meetings and timely raise Compliance concerns.
  • On top of that, you will provide some coordination support to P&O Executive Office (10%-15% of your time). Qualifications
  • Academic background at Bachelor level is the minimum qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience within Quality, Compliance and/or Training management.
  • Experience from a highly regulated industry in a similar role, in a large matrix/global organization.
  • Fluent in English, and Danish will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge about ISO certification will be highly appreciated.
  • As a person, you are used to manage complexity, driving, and facilitating Compliance processes on a global scale. You enjoy collaborating with many internal and external stakeholders across geographies. The job requires a high degree of structure, innovation, initiative and independence. About the Department
    You will be part of the P&O Executive Office, comprising of P&O Communications, Business Support and Compliance. The department provides cross-functional support to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Global P&O responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the Global P&O strategic agenda. Our small yet impactful international team is headed by the Executive Assistant (EA)/Vice President to the EVP and collaborates across the P&O function, as well as with an array of stakeholders across the organisation.
