Senior Inspection Professional Do you want to work with visual inspection in pharmaceutical production? Do you have extensive experience with automated visual inspection and are you ready to play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliveries to our patients all over the world? Then this may be the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Inspection Professional based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more! The position As our new Senior Inspection Professional, you will be joining the filling & inspection process support team and become a part of the inspection group. Together we are responsible for the inspection process, where we ensure that our products are compliant with regulatory requirements and are safe to be packaged and shipped to patients all over the world. Our inspection line is fully automated, and we are currently producing batches for the marked on one line and are preoccupied with tests and validation of the other line. LEAN is an important part of our work, and we are always looking for new opportunities to develop ourselves and our processes to make sure that we are always in compliance with GMP regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading the inspection process as the primary contact and process responsible in the inspection process group.

  • Proactively optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Subject matter expert in inspection driving quality and change management initiatives.

  • Scope and lead projects critical to maintaining robust processes.

  • Participate in validations as a process responsible.

  • Ownership of operational performance and ensuring alignment with health authority requirements.

    • You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) technology in the industry, and deep dive into the fine-tuning of the parameters and be a part of one of the final stages in the production. The team currently consist of 6 colleagues with a range of different backgrounds and expertise, who will support you in your learning and professional development. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in science or a related field.

  • Have over 5 years of inspection experience (manual or automated). It is advantageous if you have experience with vision or similar camera/imaging technologies.

  • Have extensive experience (over 5 years) in leading inspection processes within a pharmaceutical or another regulated industry, i.e., food production or medical devices.

  • Have experience with testing/validation and LEAN tools.

  • Have project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Are fluent in written and spoken English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.

About the department You will be a part of the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), and more specifically you will be a part of the department AP Filling and Inspection where 100+ skilled and engaged colleagues are ready to welcome you. The department is responsible for filling and inspecting all products from our two new isolator filling lines and operations, maintenance, validation, and qualification of all the equipment in AM. The department is based in Hillerød in a facility that is referred to as a factory of the future – it is a state-of-the-art filling facility, which is just a few years old.
