The position As a Process Owner, you will be part of a team of highly skilled engineers supporting our external production network across Europe, China, and the US. Your role will be crucial in managing support improvements, upgrades, and the expansion of mechanical production equipment and capacity. Your tasks will include:
  • Supporting daily operation equipment at our external production sites and collaborating on process improvements.
  • Making data-driven and business case decisions to identify and implement various improvement solutions.
  • Participating in the design, specification, and validation of new machines with suppliers, contributing with mechanical insights during the tune-up and ramp-up phases.
  • Using systematic problem-solving to address and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborating across multiple functional areas and working with diverse teams from different backgrounds.
  • Qualifications You likely hold an academic degree in production or mechanical engineering and have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
  • Building mechanical solutions / equipment for production.
  • Project management, specifically within mechanical equipment.
  • Understanding and working with URS, FAT, and SAT processes.
  • Experience with GMP production environments and License-to-Operate requirements.
  • Familiarity with CAM and servo-controlled machines.
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of automation and vision systems, including Cognex vision systems, software, setup, error detection, and optimization
  • Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics
  • As a person, you have a proactive approach and excel at establishing relationships through constructive communication. You are also flexible and adaptable, which is essential in a production environment. About the department You will join the GCMD Pre-assembly and Pack team in Hillerød, Denmark. We are a new organization and produce the mechanical Motor Module for Novo Nordisk’s newest prefilled devices, FlexTouch® and FlexPro®. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in “Injectable Finished Products” and “Biotech and Rare Diseases.” We are dedicated to delivering strong results that contribute significantly to Novo Nordisk’s success by ensuring high-quality components at a competitive cost for our prefilled device customers.
