As Advanced IT Quality Professional, your primary role involves providing IT QA subject matter expertise in the GMP domain to projects, systems, and services with a focus on key quality activities and deliverables. Your activities will range from advising on risk management, quality planning, approving quality related deliverables, to preparations for internal audits and external inspections by authorities.You will get insight into quality processes like audit, deviation handling, validation, CAPA, change control, records management, data integrity, as well as insights into GMP, including solid working knowledge from within manufacturing and/ or working with infrastructure services.Additionally, you are participating in key IT processes, like incident and problem management, configuration and change management, release and deployment management, testing and validation, operations management, security and risk management. Your key responsibilities include:Providing coaching and setting direction for IT colleagues on quality and compliance tasks/issues Collaborating closely with the agile project management teams and stakeholders in Line of Business Leveraging knowledge of quality assurance, IT, and business process knowledge, including IT technical expertise Ensuring efficient and effective quality assurance and compliance within an Agile setting The position offers a unique opportunity to work with IT Quality Management globally in and to develop you professionally through challenging job opportunities and formal training.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you:Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field Demonstrate practical experience as an IT QA or as Production QA, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry Possess solid IT technical knowledge, with experience in an agile setting Thrive in stakeholder interactions, with the ability to present complex matters in a clear and precise way, along with strong communication skills Display fluency in both written and spoken English As a person, you take full ownership of your work, with a strong commitment to meeting objectives and delivering high-quality results. Given your interactions with diverse stakeholders, you thrive in building and maintaining relationships at all levels. You excel at simplifying and clearly presenting information and decision-making material. You can work both on your own and collaboratively, consistently delivering high quality output and taking pride in meeting deadlines. You also demonstrate a high level of resilience when priorities are changing and are capable of setting direction for the team.

IT QA Office is a part of IT Quality which consists of around 70 highly skilled and driven quality professionals in Denmark and India. We are responsible for ensuring that external and internal requirements are reflected in IT processes, and the department serves as competence center for IT quality assurance throughout . Our responsibilities also include quality assurance of IT projects and IT systems, services, and infrastructure used globally.
