If so, then you are the Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Manager we are looking for!
This position will be based in Bagsværd, Denmark, under the DD&IT Staffs Quality & Facilities IT department. The job As our Department Manager you will apply technology to ultimately support patients, and you will support digitalization across functions within Quality. You would ensure that technology deployment is aligned with Global objectives and ambitions of Quality. You are to navigate effortlessly in a complex stakeholder landscape, be able to collaborate between the DD&IT partners together with business stakeholders in Quality. You manage and facilitate user adoption of technology tools (AI, Data, BI, Advanced Analytics etc.).
Furthermore, we expect you to: Serve as trusted tech and data IT partner to Qualitybusiness, making sure that business challenges are solved with technology tools Ensure that technology projects and product implementations are aligned & delivered with the needs of the business Assist with the implementation and development of the Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) strategy Identify technology trends, respond to requests from Quality business units, deliver, and maintain digital solutions to fulfil the business requirements Be the people manager for Integrated Quality Tech & Data IT team compromising of 5 – 10 people We are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, who understands the business needs/strategies and has the ability to transform those into technical needs for the business. You should have the behaviour of a leader who is ready to empower others and be the ambassador for bridging/merging the digital ambitions coming from Quality and DD&IT strategies.
Candidate profile A University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any relevant degree is a must; A master’s degree is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation management, and related experience 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role Strong analytical and decision-making skills You will preferably bring experience from the international/local pharmaceutical industry, or a similar industry characterized by high complexity and change Proven ability to solve problems creatively

In Quality IT, we are responsible for partnering with the business in defining, implementing, and operating the IT & digitalisation road map for Quality (NNQ). This requires a close collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, particularly with colleagues in NNQ as well as the rest of DD&IT (Digital, Data and IT). Quality IT is a department of 15+ colleagues and our role is to ensure flawless IT solutions for all processes related to Novo Nordisk Quality to the benefit of the whole of – this being +50.000 employees. Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time, and we work in close cooperation with Line of Business. As a team, we deliver working agile with colleagues in Denmark, Europe, and India.
