The position
In this newly established position, you will work in an international environment assisting in identifying, developing, and implementing people and organizational development initiatives globally. You will be based at the head office in Hørsholm and report to the HR Development Director.

To be successful in this role you need to have a relevant educational background at graduate level – e.g., MSc or Business Psychologist. You are most likely newly graduated and fluent in English, furthermore we expect that you:

Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing and continuously improve our HR offerings, especially within learning and development, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support HR Business Partners and SME's (Internal Communication and Sustainability) in various development activities
- Support in further establishing and anchoring an agile organization
- Assist in designing training activities and learning journeys on various training topics and to some extent take part in the training
- Bring the latest insight from academia and assure ALK is updated on the current and future HR trends
- Assure data in various supporting systems – e.g., Workday – are updated and analyzed efficiently
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have a relevant educational background at graduate level – e.g., MSc or Business Psychologist. You are most likely newly graduated and fluent in English, furthermore we expect that you:
- Communicate effectively both in writing and in front of an audience
- Have a well-developed self-awareness and can make an impact connecting with others
- Have a strong desire to see people and organizations grow
- Work in a structured way, finding it natural to support initiatives based on data
- Are pragmatic and can stay focused in changing environments
- Are a dedicated team-player
