The position
As our Global Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving key strategic cross-functional projects and processes, including various stakeholders, both globally and locally. You will also support senior stakeholders as their sparring partner by delivering impactful insights and presentations. The role ensures high exposure and visibility both in ALK global and locally.

The position
As our Global Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving key strategic cross-functional projects and processes, including various stakeholders, both globally and locally. You will also support senior stakeholders as their sparring partner by delivering impactful insights and presentations. The role ensures high exposure and visibility both in ALK global and locally.
Your field of responsibility will be
- Project management and support of core strategic projects, including setting strategy, defining and tracking KPIs, business insights and analysis, building business cases and providing recommendations. Focus will be on growth projects, examples could be: Improving sales and marketing models or removing barriers in key markets, launch of new assets or assessing the opportunity to enter new markets.
- Support senior stakeholders (up until EVP/SVP level) with insights and management presentations
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on several and diverse datasets
Your profile
We expect of you
- A Master’s degree within business, economics, or a related commercial oriented field
- At least 2-3 years of previous experience either from a consulting agency or from a role within strategy/commercial excellence/business intelligence, ideally within pharmaceutical industry
- Project management including stakeholder management experience
- Good IT skills and a superuser of Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical toolbox and hands-on experience in delivering insights, from data extraction to final presentation to stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
It is a plus if you have
- Experience with digital marketing
- Experience from working in agile work-settings
