The position
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of several critical IT systems used across departments in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) in Kalundborg. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the cross-site IT systems live up to internal and external requirements.

You like working together with stakeholders of different professions, and it is natural for you to take the lead on crucial improvement activities and present and report the progress to management. You are thorough and find it natural to work independently.
You are fully proficient both in English and Danish.
About the department
You will be part of a team of 11 colleagues in the IT department which is a part of Business Support. API Business Support is responsible for Finance, Technical Process Support, LEAN and IT. API-IT has the responsibility for driving cross site IT projects, IT security, program management and cross site IT applications.

The position
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of several critical IT systems used across departments in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) in Kalundborg. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, drive life cycle management, and run small projects that ensure that the cross-site IT systems live up to internal and external requirements.
Furthermore, you will:
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of the IT systems and identify new requirements for the system
- Manage the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders concerning the use and operation of the IT systems
- Collaborate with vendors to insure deliverables and services according to agreements
You will have plenty of opportunities for professional sparring and best practice exchanges with an internal network of IT system managers and our central IT organisation. It is an on-site position in Kalundborg/DK.
Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Approximately 2-4 years relevant experience either within IT system management or IT system validation
- Minimum a Bachelor degree within automation, IT or similar
- Project management experience will be an advantage
- It will be a plus if you have experience in a similar position in the pharma industry or with IT/automation in a regulated production environment
