Do you want to be responsible for general support to the training processes and drive/deliver training solutions in collaboration with managers and end users? Do you want to support management team and users in complying with training needs of each role and support the configuration and adaptation of training materials to the needs of PPV Operations and Support Areas? About the department
PPV Business Support department is composed today by different teams (Automation & IT, Training, Quality, EHS and Project Support) and work as OneTeam, playing a key role in the Operational Readiness for the biggest API (insulin) factory in the world.
We care not only about what we are creating but creating in a manner we are proud of by being proactive, building trust, respect and striving for same goals while having fun in an open and collaborative environment.
Our key role is evolving from supporting the project organization towards becoming operation and finally operate the supporting areas. You can expect not to be bored and growth opportunities.

Job tasks
- Profound process knowledge to ensure training compliance and continuous improvement
- Support, coordinate and conduct workshops
- Create and drive Board meetings
- Strive to reach goals agreed with management for performance and development
- Ensure timely training and proactively update own development plan (IDP)
- Communicate clearly, timely and directly in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure inspection readiness of own area of responsibility and participate in inspections
- Ensure daily support to process execution and to systematic problem solving
- Participate in relevant projects or process groups
- Ensure relevant training / introduction to colleagues and stakeholders
- Share best practice with colleagues and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- Fair level of business understanding
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Project and coordination experience preferred
- Solid experience in training system/solutions and implementation (or similar to training solutions implementation)
- Danish and English writing/speak in high level
As a person you are
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently. You are self-driven and able to handle uncertainty and changes. You are service minded with good networking skills. You are good at working structured and are quality conscious.
