The position
As Associate Manager for Cleaning & EM Support in a tablet production, you will get the responsibility for approximately 10 dedicated employees with a broad professional experience. The team consists of academics who daily deal with keeping the validated state of our equipment used for wash, assuring cleaning procedures are adequate, optimizing and upscaling cleaning and wash methods to assure the department will meet the growing demands timely. Furthermore, the team are responsible for environmental monitoring.
Your role will be to set the direction and ensure a high professional structure and standard in close collaboration with the team. The focus is to ensure robust procedures by eliminating potential deviations with great solutions in close collaboration with other support teams and a close collaboration with the department's operating operators.
As Associate Manager, you are visible and present to your employees, and you work closely with your team to raise the professional level and ensure a high level of commitment through sparring, coaching and process confirmation. Together, you create a culture that supports continuous improvement, collaboration across, creativity and independent employees.

Qualifications
We imagine you have experience within either cleaning validation, environmental monitoring and/or process support and you are passionate about leadership. You have leadership experience from the pharmaceutical industry, and it is an advantage if you also have knowledge about supporting a production department.

You have a natural interest in production and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why the LEAN mindset is a natural part of your leadership. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication, and able to realize your decisions. You have an eye for both the details and the big picture, and you are able to work with both short-term problem solutions and long-term organizational development.
About the department
OFP is organizationally placed in Product Supply, which globally address 14,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 43,000 employees. In OFP we are more than 1200 dedicated employees in Maaloev and the area is still growing. The department Bulk F1 will by the end of the year consist of 240 employees, divided into two sub-departments led by senior managers which will be your direct manager. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to continuously deliver our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes etc.
