Do you want to play a central role in securing the most effective and meaningful training-setup, as well as supporting the business with relevant competence development and training content development? The position
As a Training Professional you work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing human performance in our production facility. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.
You support management in ensuring effective, efficient, and compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes. You can demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contributes to solving business problems and managing change. You insist that learning solutions should always be kept simple, manageable, and engaging for end-users.
You enjoy coaching local trainers from line of business, so they will be qualified to consistently deliver training according to the current standards within learning. An important task will be to support your stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities and support them in developing effective and efficient training. To do that, you will facilitate workshops, drive projects, carry-out process confirmation on training maturity and setup. In addition, you actively seek opportunities to enhance learning and human performance by supporting effective training content development as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.

Your Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background within learning, science, psychology or equivalent, and preferably experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. It would be an advantage if you have experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
Experience with Lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage.
The Department
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Site Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working day and night to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for patients around the world. The training team is anchored in Business Support department, and the team consists of approx. 15 highly dedicated colleagues with broad experience and background within learning, development, and training. We appreciate a good and social working environment and believe that it must be fun and rewarding to meet at work. Our ambition is to provide the best support to line of business, with a high level of engagement.

- Managing and driving training related projects
- Systematic problem solving of training related issues
- Design and develop high impact training solutions and modern teaching technology
- Facilite workshops
- Implement NN training standards
Your Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background within learning, science, psychology or equivalent, and preferably experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. It would be an advantage if you have experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry.
- You possess strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution.
- Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines.
Experience with Lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage.
