We look forward to welcoming you and giving you the opportunities you are looking for. The position As an Associate Manager, you will lead very knowledgeable craftsmen in one of our teams. Right now we are reorganizing to proactively prepare for the future process setup. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Lead by example. Set directions in effective ways by knowing and using new approaches and technology. • Inspire and facilitate both the team and your management group with change management skills. • Strengthen the collaborative setup for maintenance, providing new frameworks that consider all the modern options for knowledge sharing, method development and so forth. • Draw on other teams and departments, while ensuring that daily operations are never compromised in our pursuit of future solutions. You will join and effectively contribute to the management team in a way that maintains a strong collaborative spirit and the effectiveness necessary to deliver on our mutual ambitions. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree within Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. • Proven experience as manager (plans, people and processes). • Preferably experience within GMP production. • Fluency in Danish and English. As a leader, you have a mind for structure – you are good at organizing tasks and plans, your analyzing skills are methodical, and your strategies are based on data and knowledge. You utilize your credibility and your communication skills well when building trustful relations across departments and backgrounds. You are always working to improve your own skill set, and you are great at developing the potential of other people. About the department Manufacturing 1 (M1) is the worlds’ largest insulin production facility. Here we produce the active ingredient of many of Novo Nordisk’ products 24/7. In M1 Maintenance we ensure maintenance of equipment, and the facility management in our building. Furthermore, our department ensures delivery of electricity and ventilation, and deliver technical support to investment projects. M1 Maintenance supports the Insulin Aspart and Multiline production. Our department is organized in 6 Maintenance teams covering all process equipment, a Build & Facility team, a Maintenance Development team and a Permit Office team.
