In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and advisor in compliance and legislation concerning environmental issues. This involves active participation in projects and endeavors focused on sustainability, aiming to enhance our environmental impact and contribute to advancing Circular for Zero initiatives in waste, water, and energy.
Other responsibilities include:
• Driving environmental projects at our existing production facilities and in future construction projects
• Supporting production in planning and execution of audits within the environmental area.
• Analyzing data, facilitating communication, and serving as a reliable support within your domain
• Ensuring key deliverables and implementation according to plans and following up on achieved results
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including Management, Project Managers, other Sustainability partners and colleagues in production. Qualifications
The right candidate should have the following skills:
• Master’s degree within Environment, Chemical Engineer, or other relevant fields
• Solid experience working with complex processes, ideally from a similar position
• Excellent stakeholder skills with good experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting and motivate key stakeholders on different level of seniority
• Knowledge in processes within the pharma production
• Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant change rather than stability. You are at ease with adopting new technologies and possess the capability to navigate through a complex process landscape. About the Department
Oral Finished Products (OFP) is a business area located in two different production buildings which consist of approximately 1000 people. OFP Production & Business Support is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 120 people, divided in three departments – Technical Support, Warehouse Support and Business Support. We are establishing a new team “Sustainability & Skills” with focus on setting the direction and executing our strategy within Circular for Zero, Health & Safety and training within OFP DK. We have a Triple Bottom Line ensuring focus on environmental and social responsibility as well as economic. We minimize impact on the environment and have a very ambitious environmental strategy with a “Circular for Zero” ambition. Working at Novo Nordisk
