About the department In MDev Analytical Support, we are responsible for providing analytical support to MDevs optimisation projects and for supporting process and analytical development for new products, from fermentation to purified Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). We are 70 colleagues organised in five teams with responsibilities within chemical, biochemical and biophysical analysis and more. Analytical Technology Team is a cross disciplinary team of specialists, project manager, project coordinator, and people with technical LIMS skills. The job As our new project manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects running directly out of the department, as well as cross functional projects run out of the area e.g., via the process group. The projects could be:
  • Transfer of analytical methods from Manufacturing Development to Quality Control
  • Improving processes or procedures in the department
  • Implementation of new equipment in the department, and much more
  • The job requires great collaboration and stakeholder management skills as you will be working with people from different areas and create results through others. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you:
  • Hold a Bachelor and/or master’s degree within natural science.
  • Have solid project management experience from a manufacturing company.
  • Have insight into GMP, Quality in regulated areas, and LEAN.
  • Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you have experience with quality control methods and an interest in or solid understanding of automation. As a person, you:

  • Use your strong communication skills to proactively engage your stakeholders.
  • Are goal-oriented with the will and the abilities to meet ambitious targets.
