Department overview
We are a part of the global Manufacturing IT organization. Digital, Data & IT, Botech & Rare Desease (DDIT BRD) is placed within DD&IT under Manufacturing IT.

Our task is to operate, maintain and optimize IT / automation systems at one of our factories in order to meet the requirements of production and to ensure compliance with current regulations.Our team consists of 15 professionally skilled and committed employees.

In the role of IT Operation Manager, you will primarily have to work with our IT systems including associated equipment and interfaces. In addition to this, in collaboration with other colleagues, you will be both executive and technical support in relation to IT.

We expect you to:
  • Ensure that we comply with both requirements and documentation standards for our systems
  • Ensure both optimal function and maintenance of our systems. This is a high priority and will form a large part of your everyday life. There will also be user administration tasks.
  • Participate in support of the production and in ad hoc problem solving, to ensure daily operations
  • Candidate profile
  • You have a relevant education or equivalent background with hands-on experience in operating virtual platforms as Microsoft Hyper-V server environment and databases (Microsoft).
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry including associated requirements for documentation and compliance
  • You have a structured and analytical approach to challenges as well as a strong quality mind-set, which is expressed through disciplined planning, task execution and thorough documentation. Collaboration across and at different organizational levels comes to you quite naturally and you thrive in a position where you handle both small and large complex tasks, which you naturally carry to the finish line at the agreed time.
