You will become part of a growing project organisation that must ensure capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new greenfield GMP production facility in Zealand. The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities. You will collaborate closely with IT & OT project members and external contractors.You can look forward to:Creating project plans with appropriate levels of detail and presenting these plans to the management. Providing clarity on responsibilities and expectations in your project-team and setting the tone when it comes to feedback procedures, meeting structure and the routines of collaboration. Providing timely and relevant updates on project status for all key stakeholders, reporting and adjusting for any deviations from your plans as you advance the projects. Planning, executing, and following up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality, and project risk. As a natural part of your projects, you will be in close dialogue with different departments in our IT and Automation organisation, line of business and all levels of management as well as external vendors. You will Lead IT/Automation projects or tracks in close collaboration with Line of Business, Vendors, and internal project teams. You will be working closely together with other team members in the IT & OT package, as well as cross-disciplinary with other teams., integrating with external integrator- and engineering partners.Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have: An academic education within IT, engineering, pharmaceutical field or similar Several years of experience as a Project Manager, including large projects Excellent communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience working within automation and knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, batch management is an advantage Experience from a GMP-regulated environment as well as from aseptic or finished production areas will be considered an advantage. For the next 3 years, you will be part of the project organisation, seeing the project all the way through to operation. You will also be affiliated with the Project Management Office (PMO), where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field. After the project you will either assist other projects, or advance your career further within Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
