You will manage a support team in the production area Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD), that delivers 1st Line 24/7/365 support to the production and consist of 12 Automation supporters. You will be part of a management team of 7 leaders and refer to the Head of the Aseptic Production (AP) area. As our new Manager your general responsibilities will be to: Build up a strong performing team with highly skilled and motivated employees Act as a servant leader and remove obstacles to help your team Build on the learning culture that characterizes the team and the whole area Secure an excellent support setup towards the production facilities Lead and represent the team and secure alignment with key stakeholders and peers An important aspect to this role, is establishing a good relation to stakeholders across the local manufacturing site (business area). This position is based in Kalundborg and will require on-site presence. What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, we are imagine you tick most of the following: Proven experience within a production environment, preferably in a similar role Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through previous management of high performance teams Ability to take on a leadership position of a complex area, within a large organization with various levels of stakeholders As a person, you are ambitious yet with a humble ‘can-do’ attitude, a spirit of innovation, a team player, happy to share experience, workload, and information with your colleagues, proactive and able to lead and inspire your team. Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) for Product Supply (PS) Biotech & Rare Diseases (BRD) is responsible for IT and automation for the production sites. This responsibility spans across development and maintenance of local and global IT and automation solutions, infrastructure, compliance, and projects in collaboration with colleagues from global IT units and external vendors/service providers. The organization support tree production area of BRD. In this unit, colleagues are divided into 7 teams. All departments collaborate to unite IT across BRD sites and facilitate cross-organizational synergies.
