The Position As an Inspection Supporter, you will provide support to the operators in inspecting our products. We inspect both manually and with inspection machines. You will help ensure that our Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) reflect our validations and other requirements for the processes. The main tasks will be to:
• Perform tasks that include cLEAN, PAS-X, change requests, deviations, and batch review support.
• Make certain that the SOPs are followed so that we always inspect and release products to the market at the highest quality.
• Provide help to resolve any immediate issue. Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering, microbiology or similar.
• Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing and regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the process of producing aseptic pharmaceuticals, which is considered a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English. On a personal level, you thrive on working with many different tasks at once. Having a structured and analytical way of working and meeting deadlines is a crucial part of this position. Being good at building relationships, having great collaboration skills, and the ability to easily communicate with different professional groups are foundations we like to build on in this team.
About the department You will become part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) KA Fill 12 in Kalundborg. We are a production department in an aseptic filling factory, and we have a total of about 800 employees. We are a newer factory and are in an exciting phase where we continue to staff up while working on stability and optimization. The factory works with the following processes: Environment, washing and sterilization, preparation, aseptic filling, freeze-drying, and inspection. You will become part of our release and inspection support team. Here you will have some good and dedicated colleagues, all of whom contribute to solving tasks together.
