In PS API Manufacturing 1 (API M1) we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operational excellence leader to join our senior management team in the role as Lean Partner to the Corporate Vice President.About the PositionAs a Lean Partner, you will be part of the M1 management team, where you will report to and work alongside the Corporate Vice President (CVP) to drive operational excellence and develop Lean maturity across the departments in API M1. You will head up an operational team of highly skilled Lean Partners with the aim to continuously improve the way we operate and identify best practices to implement across API M1.The main tasks will be to:Lead and guide API M1 in the implementation and adoption of Lean principles and methods Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize Lean initiatives Coach the Corporate Vice President and Directors in API M1 within the frame of NN cLEAN® Supply System and good Leader Standard Work practices Lead the API M1 Lean team and provide individual shop floor coaching to cLEAN Partners to develop their Lean skills and knowledge Ensure full implementation of the elements in the NN cLEAN® Supply System throughout API M1 (both leadership, academy, assessments & continuous improvements) Advise API M1 management team on Lean principles and systems, as well as on the future direction for Lean in API M1

You will have a high degree of independence and a possibility to influence our organization on the Lean mindset and methodology.To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:An academic degree in e.g., engineering or business Some years of experience with LEAN implementation, project management, strategy deployment, coaching, change management and cultural transformation Experience in a manufacturing environment Expertise in Lean transformation and/or turnaround processes in a large multi-site, international environment Professional proficiency in English
On a personal level, you have a remarkable ability to communicate with clarity and assertiveness along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscape and negotiate at a strategic level. You demonstrate great cooperation skills, and your proficiency lies in fostering collaboration and ensuring active engagement among other employees.About the DepartmentAPI M1 is the world’s largest insulin-producing factory and is part of Novo Nordisk’s production site in Kalundborg.
