Join us as our new Health and Safety (HS) Supporter! The Position We are looking for a Health and Safety Supporter to drive and implement activities across IFP KA. The job will consequently give you plenty of opportunities to develop your Health and Safety skills. Your primary area of responsibility will be to collaborate with other HS team members and the HS organization in the business unit, to ensure an efficient and effective overview of all health and safety aspects. As a Health and Safety Supporter, you will be driving and coordinating HS activities such as:
  • Ergonomic and more general activities in relation to health and safety processes.
  • Maintain and develop existing HS concepts.
  • Maintain HS training material and move it towards a visual training concept.
  • Ensuring compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation and regulations (e.g. ISO45001).
  • Ensuring support and guidance on Health & Safety matters within production and projects.
  • Supporting and leading HS processes anchored in IFP KA.
  • Qualifications
    To succeed in this role you need to have:
  • An academic degree within Health and Safety or other relevant field, combined with continued supplementary training or experience from the healthcare system or other industries/organizations where processes are focused on high standards of health and safety for employees and patients/clients.
  • Experience and great interest in the Health and Safety area, preferably in a larger and international company where you had the chance to play an important role in maintaining and developing ergonomic and/or chemical processes/concepts in the health and safety environment.
  • Project Management capabilities with good experience in terms of planning, providing guidance and supporting key stakeholders and other team members.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Danish, both oral and written.
  • As a person, you show a great degree of responsibility and independence whilst you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills , acting between and serving many stakeholders, which requires a flexible attitude. We also expect you to feel comfortable and have a high level of structure in your approach to working at an operational, and strategic level as well as with administrative tasks.
    About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France, and Denmark. With approximately 9,000 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. In IFP Kalundborg (IFP KA) we are responsible for assembling and packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines. You will, within IFP KA, be a part of the Production Support department with approximately 55 colleagues supporting the production with a variety of tasks including but not limited to Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering, Training and Document Support and Environmental, Health and Safety.
