The position As our Production Associate Manager you will be heading up a team of 6-9 skilled workers of Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in our Assembly and Pack Department in Kalundborg. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a highly engaged operational team to achieve break through targets and support our business area. You will join the management team of 4 Associate Managers and 1 Senior Manager. Your main tasks will be: Ensure the implementation of and the compliance with the production targets and quality procedures in the area. Coordinate the daily workflow. Follow up upon your employees, providing technical and behavioural feedback and aiming for people development. Perform regular Workplace Assessments and safety walks in production area, ensuring compliance with Environment, Health and Safety guidelines. Furthermore, as part of the management team you will be responsible for achieving the best possible results while maintaining high levels of quality and compliance. You will actively participate in projects, negotiations and reporting with a LEAN mindset to continuously improve our workflows and success as a department. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Possess a relevant degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Are experienced as a people leader, skilled at setting direction, engaging and developing the employees. Have experience working within a production environment under GMP regulations. Have fluent communication in oral and written both English and Danish or willing to learn it. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of LEAN methodology and production environment within digitalization and automation will be considered an advantage. About the department Injectable Finished Products (IFP) plays a key role in delivering products to our patients world-wide and is a strategic global network with production sites in US, China, Brazil, France and Denmark. With approximately 6.300 employees, IFP is a truly global organization with capacity to deliver products globally. IFP holds the responsibility to produce products for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production for all continents in the world. You will be part of the department in IFP KA working with Finished Production (FP) but be integrated into 1 of 3 sub departments. In IFP Kalundborg we are approximately 500 employees responsible for assembling and packing the diabetes products on our fully automated production lines.
