We are looking for a new colleague to join our management team in IFP QA Kalundborg.
The position
Under proper guidance and support you will take up managerial tasks in close cooperation with the managers in the department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Recruitment of new employees.
• Identifying and driving improvements in work processes.
• Participation in leader courses.
• Planning and performing onboarding of employees.
• Taking responsibility for some tasks and acting as a trainee in others.
• Participation in daily planning and task prioritization.
• Supporting the leadership, development, and shaping of teams.
• Improving how the team works with quality assurance. You will, together with the management team, ensure the building and maintaining of close collaboration with the stakeholders. Simplicity and efficient daily operation are in focus in the department and needs to be further developed together with the team and the department. To succeed, you must be visible and present on site, and have clear goal setting abilities, and coaching skills. In this role, you will report to the department manager and you will have an active part in the development of the department. Qualifications
A passion for working with people is essential for the position. You have an ambition to become people manager meaning lead, coach and motivate colleagues to deliver their best. To succeed in this role, you have: • Preferably hold a bachelor’s or a higher degree within e.g., engineering, pharma and/or have 3 years of GMP experience from quality assurance, production, quality control etc.
• Proven leadership skills from other jobs, projects or spare time activities.
• To be self-driven and ambitious.
As a person, you have a can-do attitude and proactively strive for higher levels of performance not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees. You can differentiate your communication depending on the target group and present your arguments in a professional way. Finally, you are curious and eager to learn in a respectful manner. You are well organized and create strong results by engaging your colleagues in taking pride in delivering on their tasks. About the department
Our Quality Assurance (QA) department consists of approximately 30 dedicated employees being responsible for assuring quality and compliance of finished products produced on site Kalundborg. Our area is undergoing a lot of exiting changes, and it is our responsibility to ensure compliance of the running business. The documentation must meet the regulatory GMP requirements. We always do our very best to align requirement in close cooperation with our different stakeholders. The department is divided into 2 teams and in the role as trainee tasks will be primarily towards our daily operations team but can also be handled across the two teams when needed.
