The PositionAs a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for both laboratory and production. It is expected that the Diabetes API team strategy with self-managing teams is supported with a high degree of independent decision making. The position requires a high degree of independence and a desire to continuously improve laboratory practice. A strong desire to take new initiatives and "lead the way" within cLEAN. Our team works together with many stakeholders, such as Quality Assurance (QA) and other support teams, so you will gain a broad network across the organisation. The main tasks will be:
  • Managing responsibility both in the laboratory and production areas

  • Writing and reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), VPL (Validation Plan)/VPR (Validation Plan Report), business cases, and other relevant documentation

  • Handling deviations and providing support for QC (Quality Control) 4.0 projects

  • Attending and participating in audits and customer visits

  • Supporting team stakeholder tasks and ad hoc tasks within the team's areas of responsibility

  • QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you should have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Biotechnology Engineering.

  • Experience in managing laboratory equipment and working with quality, environment, and delivery tasks.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Full professional proficiency in English, Danish is a plus.

  • On a personal level, you are curious about optimizations and share knowledge across the team/department. You are a proven self-starter with drive, energy and able to manage and prioritize challenging multiple tasks.
