As a Content Writer & Public Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content on strategic topics for our diverse external target audience. You will take responsibility for public affairs activities related to Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg and your primary responsibility will be to investigate and document the nature and impact of public/private partnerships anchored in the local industry. In addition, you will be writing other external texts such as briefs, articles, and funding applications.Your key responsibilities will include:Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and proofread a variety of materials including books, briefs, and articles, ensuring all content aligns with company voice and brand guidelines. Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and compliance of all content with regulatory standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet content needs, maintaining strategic partnerships for effective communication.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the narrative and public image of Novo Nordisk. By ensuring all written materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand, you will help maintain our reputation for excellence and integrity. Your ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners will be crucial in supporting our communication efforts and public affairs activities. You will collaborate with various departments, including Media Relations, Global Public Affairs, Digital, Video & Live Production, Investor Relations, and PSQIT (Product Supply, Quality & IT) Communication.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:Experience: Extensive experience in professional writing, with a proven track record of book writing; as well as several years of experience in public affairs or a related field. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field. Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluent spoken and written English. Strategic Development: Experience in developing and executing strategies, specifically within government relations. Technical Skills: Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and strong research skills.
