The position At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR), our top priority is providing quality products to our customers. To achieve this, we need safe, compliant, and robust IT & OT solutions and that's where you come in. As IT Compliance Manager within IT & Operational Technology (OT), your main responsibility will be to manage our IT, OT and System related processes and guiding principles anchored in our IT QMS. Therefore, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will operate and ensure effective quality processes, striving towards digitalization and simplicity, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate also has experience within supplier- and contract management or should be willing to develop in that direction to support the IT departmentIn this role you will;
  • Operate, develop, and optimize effective quality processes of SOPs (procedures and instructions) while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

  • Act as a liaison for People Managers, System Owners, and IT & OT teams across NNPR, and ensure that our systems comply with relevant regulations.

  • Be part of our daily operations, supporting other IT & OT functions with Change Request-cases and Deviation (DV) handling.

  • Work with systematic problem-solving and Incident Management in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-framework and identify best practices and create improvement activities.

  • Support colleagues in IT & OT related sourcing, supplier- and contract management.

    • Qualifications To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate has;
  • An academic degree in engineering, IT, automation or similar will be preferred but candidates with a non-academic background and vast experience within relevant fields e.g. IT system management, will also be considered.

  • Expertise in compliance understanding and documentation of processes.

  • Experience within IT system governance, IT project execution, IT related contracts and IT compliance.

  • Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement given our international scope. Danish language proficiency is a plus.

You are a team player, a good communicator, and someone, who independently can drive tasks to completion. You should also have a strong analytical and quality mindset, as well as ability to build good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all organizational levels. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure that high-quality documentation is delivered on time is crucial. Finally, you possess a natural curiosity and interest in the challenges and opportunities facing our colleagues working with processes across the value chain. We are also looking for a more junior profile, so newly graduates with the right competences, are also encouraged to apply. About the department You will join the IT & OT department consisting of 40+ dedicated and talented colleagues within IT infrastructure, IT compliance, IT system management and automation & control systems. We work diligently to support the entire value chain at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, ranging from Research & Development to manufacturing, laboratories, warehouse operations, and Sales & Marketing. We support our stakeholders with daily operations tasks and projects such as the implementation of new products, improvement of site IT infrastructure, and new digital solutions. The IT & OT department, along with the rest of NNPR, is currently expanding to fulfil the increased product demands from Novo Nordisk A/S.
