As a QA Professional in the Packaging and Assembly Department at Novo Nordisk, you will be a key contributor to our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients worldwide. This is a place where you will be equipped with a solid foundation in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We will provide the guidance and resources to help you develop a strong GMP mindset, setting the stage for a successful career in the industry. This role is ideal for a newly graduated individual or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience, who is eager to embark on a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a focus on packaging and assembly processes. Your main activities entail :Approving the documentation needed within packaging and assembly, such as change requests, deviations, and SOP’s Driving QA review and approval of analytical documentation such as protocols and reports for method validation Keeping up to date with changes in relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we imagine you:Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, veterinary, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, biotechnology, or a related field Demonstrate, ideally, 1-2 years of relevant industry experience Showcase eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in packaging and assembly processes Display proficiency in both spoken and written English It would be considered as a strong advantage if you are fluent in Danish. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift, and you are eager to take responsibility and contribute to meeting team’s and business needs. Our Quality Assurance department is in an exciting phase of expansion, comprising approximately 30 dedicated employees. We are entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the quality and compliance of FPM (Finished Product Manufacturing) operations. Additionally, we play a pivotal role in supporting the business by enhancing and streamlining processes. It's worth noting that our department is responsible for releasing products from Novo Nordisk to 144 countries across the globe. Working at Novo Nordisk
