We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, creative, and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to take our ambitious content strategy and production to the next level. You’ll be using your talent in motion graphics, graphic design, and video production to create scroll-stopping, intriguing, and bold digital creatives within a fast-growing scale-up, where content production is key to our growth.
You’ll be joining a group of passionate and talented team members in our Brand and Growth team, and will be working across teams with anything from our Video Journalist, Content Writer, Brand & Content Creative, Data Scientists, Developers, and many more.
As our new Motion Graphic Designer, we expect you to take full ownership of your area. You’re given the freedom to experiment with and develop our digital content across social media, websites, and external platforms while following our brand guidelines. We’re not afraid to try new things and we promise you’ll be part of a work environment where you’ll be challenged and learn fast while being given a large amount of responsibility to express your ideas and creative talent.

Your responsibilities:
- 2D motion graphics and graphic design for our social platforms and digital projects
- Conceptual layouts for explaining complex ideas and experiences within Nøie with motion graphics and graphic design
- Create distinctive creatives
- Secure brand consistency across channels
- Creation of animation storyboards
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects
- Take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions
- Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
- You’ll report directly to the Head of Brand, and you’ll be an essential part of the Brand and Growth teams.
Skills and qualities:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
- Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
- Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully. Quality control is key.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Skills:
- Adobe After Effects
- Illustrator
- Premiere Pro
- Photoshop
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of graphic design experience including animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
