• You will support the leadership team across a whole range of administrative tasks
• Assist in booking meeting rooms and catering
• Processing expenses and purchases for individuals and for the department
• Help with travel expenses and visa preparation
• Provide IT assistance by being the point of contact between the IT team and our leadership team
• On- and off-boarding of team members
• Plan and arrange department-wide social activities and lead engagement initiatives
• You are a service-minded individual who enjoys working with others to find solutions
• In addition, you have the ability to drive things independently, are a quick learner and self-starter
• You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders, and can keep a good overview even during busy periods
• You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work- all at the same time
• You are tech-savvy, it is an advantage if you have or can learn social media and editing skills
