As Change Specialist within our Digital Operations team, you will manage change across the Pandora eCommerce and digital landscapes. To achieve this, you will work with key markets and regions to ensure all projects and developments are delivered in a structured and prioritised manner with clear communication, robust planning and testing and delivered to agreed standards and timelines.
In this role, you will manage the Change Control process, working with markets to successfully test, adopt and launch new capabilities. You will create and manage implementation plans, including stakeholder analysis and management, training requirements, and change impact assessments. In addition, you will work with internal teams to ensure that timelines are aligned and assess readiness for implementation with the regions/markets.
Furthermore, you will:
- Develop a clear engagement framework to land change, ensuring honest and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Evaluate and measure the success of change activities and associated reporting
- Manage risks and issues and develop agreed mitigation plans
- Apply frameworks and methodologies to the specification, design, development and delivery for all change activities

Digital Operations will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our digital platforms and operational processes, as well as managing change, so that we may better serve our customers. You will report to the Digital Operations Manager and be part of a team who work closely together in a flexible and informal environment.
What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have a university degree within Project Management or Business Management and have worked within a global matrix organisation. You are fluent in English, and if you know any other European languages, that is a bonus.
Further to this, you have:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in delivering large scale change programmes, particularly in a digital environment
- Certification in Agile Project Management
- Experience working with Confluence and project management systems

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 25-30 days per year.
