You will join our CoE - Leadership & Development team, anchored in Group People & Culture in Copenhagen. Our team is developing and driving strategic people initiatives. Responsibilities

As our new Leadership Development Partner, you will support the development of our People & Culture agenda, while partnering with other areas of the People & Culture community to develop and implement our global initiatives. Additionally, you are responsible for strengthening our learning & development offerings to drive business results and people engagement in alignment with our Guiding Principles.

Further, your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

  • Drive and develop People & Culture initiatives in close collaboration with colleagues, while promoting actions to nurture the right culture for developing and retaining talent in Saxo

  • Leverage processes to develop learning objectives, design learning content, and measure effectiveness of development initiatives.

  • Refine development methods and learning outcomes through an outcome-based learning approach.

  • Develop presentations, visual aids, applying creativity and design skills to create engaging learning content and resources.

  • Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends related to leadership development including leadership trends, program content, learning theory, and program design and delivery

  • Lead and/or support the delivery and facilitation of learning initiatives to include Live in-person and virtual presentations, group discussions, individual and group activities, and leadership forums

You are self-driven, have strong interpersonal skills and apply common sense when ensuring that our strategic initiatives turn into implemented practices. Your commitment and authenticity show while engaging with stakeholders and establishing trustful partnerships. Personally, you adapt quickly to change, whereby you take ownership and hold yourself and others accountable. As a strong collaborator you can coach people and manage to set the direction in a complex and changing environment.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree within Business, HR, Psychology or similar

  • You have 3+ years of experience in similar roles - a combination of specialist and generalist experience will get you far in creating concepts that are easily understood and used by our people.

  • A solid toolbox to draw from - having worked with learning, change management, coaching and leadership development.

  • Have knowledge of industry best practices and trends around learning, change management and how to measure impact and ROI

  • Have strong coaching skills, process facilitation skills and a solid practical experience working with change management & team development

  • Have project management skills and demonstrated experience having led learning & development projects in an international organization

  • You are a strong communicator and are fluent in English, written and verbal
