Job Description
Danfoss Cooling, Refrigeration and A/C-Controls (RAC) is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in either Kolding/Nordborg, Denmark or Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland. RAC is the leading supplier to the refrigeration and air-conditioning industries. We develop the technologies of tomorrow and have a broad product portfolio of systems, solutions, and components to service our customers.
You will be part of the Global Manufacturing team and be responsible for setting the direction for maintenance and reliability in our production facilities as well as executing related initiatives in a global matrix organization. The role includes development and implementation of maintenance programs and establishing the strategic vision for the segment production asset management. Working with colleagues across multiple functions and locations is key to success in this role. You can expect up to 30% travel activities per year.
As a person, you have a high drive, enjoy being proactive and persistent, and naturally reach out to relevant stakeholders to ensure progress and drive performance. Analytical skills and a systematic approach will be a distinct advantage. Furthermore, you are a good team player who can interact and communicate well with people at all levels.

- 3+ years of experience in managing maintenance projects in an international company
- Hands on experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - preferably IBM Maximo
- Strong communication skills at all organization levels in a multicultural environment
- Excellent fluency in English
