Are you a motivated student looking for a student job while studying? Do you want to gain valuable experience within quality, regulatory and clinical for medical devices?

As our new Student Assistant, you will support the departments for Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development and Clinical Operations in day-to-day business processes and tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment working with very experienced teams with diverse backgrounds.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Monitoring of changes to regulatory standards and assist with performing analysis of the change
  • Performing ad-hoc task related to optimization of our document handling system
  • Keeping our reference manager system up to date
  • Assistance to various clinical studies including preparation on study binders, ordering and packaging of products for clinical investigations, monitoring of databases, keeping track of devices in the study
  • Performing administrative ad-hoc tasks.

We expect that you will work between 8-16 hours per week from our office in Allerød. We provide flexibility to meet your educational responsibility as we recognize the value of your study.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a student with a passion for medical devices and an interest in working with regulatory compliance. You are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field of natural science such as biomedical, engineering, or similar.

On a personal level, you are thorough and systematic, and you thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You are an advanced user in the MS Office package and willing to learn to work in new IT systems.

Given the international environment of UNEEG medical, English is our corporate language. You will use English in your daily work, which requires that you speak and write English at a high level.

About the department:

You will be part of the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) department, which has the overall responsibility for ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, contributing to the production of high-quality products and their regulatory approval. We are involved from the beginning of device design and remain involved throughout the device life cycle.
