The Position As BIM & CAD Administrator you will be responsible for managing ICT (Information Communication Technology) and BEP (BIM Execution Plan) according to project and business expectations. You be part of setting the engineering standard and documentation for many years ahead. Areas of responsibility will include:
  • Securing BIM data, 3D models, drawing documentation process throughout project and handover.
  • Access control of internal and external project stakeholders to CDE (Common Data Environment).
  • Securing a digital handover from CDE to Novo Nordisk Content management system.
  • Handling overall BIM coordination need and ensuring alignment with OFP expansion ICT/BIM strategic guidance and standards.
  • Challenge and develop ICT/BIM procedures by driving dialogue with international consulting engineering companies and key suppliers.
    • In addition, the position involves a high degree of stakeholder management within the organization and with external partners. You will need to provide general guidance to project stakeholders, so close cooperation with them will be a large part of the job. We offer many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Qualifications We imagine that you might have al background either as an electrician or plumber with an addition as constructor or you may have an educational background as technical Designer, engineer or similar. Most importantly, you love to work with 2D and 3D models. Moreover, to be successful in this position, you have:
  • At least a few years’ experience within the area of design, maintenance, and validation of designs
  • Knowledge of the AEC collection including AutoDesk Construction Cloud AutoCAD, Revit and NavisWorks as both user and administrator
  • Experience in coordination with larger projects with complex stakeholder management landscape with focus on the data need for the maintenance, operation projects and routine.
  • Professional proficiency of verbal and written English.
    • We are looking for someone with strong systematic skills with focus on driving a standard according to agreement. You are also structured and able to oversee large amount of data in a coherent way. As a person, you set high standards for your work, and are data driven. You are a team player who works well managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way. You also need to have a curious mind and can challenge the status quo in a positive way. Finally, you have great communication skills that enable you to build relations with stakeholders and communicate complex content in a simple way. About the Department Organizationally you will be part of the Technical Support department, consisting of 70 dedicated people split into four teams. We are all responsible for the technical support to our production and laboratory facilities in Måløv. Our tasks are to ensure that facilities and supply utilities are maintained and operate in a validated state. But since we in OFP, Oral Finished Products, are looking into to securing our production capacity looking forward you will be part of the OFP expansion project. OFP Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built new Bulk capacity in our area in Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the tablet production of the future.
