Are you experienced in translating strategy and projects into concrete and engaging communication? Do you have a strong business understanding and a proven track record of creating results through clear and impactful communication? If yes, then you are the person we are looking for as the new CVP Communication Partner in Oral Product Development (OPDev) in Emerging Technologies.
The position
As our new Communication Partner, you will drive and support the communication of our strategy in OPDev, creating sensemaking about our strategic targets and projects. The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organization, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills. You can also expect the following:
• Driving communication planning in relation to strategic projects, events, and change
• Advising colleagues on communication challenges and possibilities
• Developing and producing content for our communication channels
• Participating in the development and implementation of cross-organisational communication projects Qualifications
To be successful in this role you:
• Hold an academic degree within a relevant subject matter
• Are a strategic thinker with a very strong business understanding
• Are experienced in driving strategic communication projects and delivering high quality communication solutions
• Have solid networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation
• Have an independent and result-oriented way of working and approach tasks with structure, energy, and a positive attitude
• Speak and write English and Danish fluently We expect you to be a strong team player with a creative mind, who enjoys delivering on communication tasks with tight deadlines as much as being responsible for larger strategic communication initiatives. You think and act as a trusted and pro-active sparring partner by providing competent input to senior leaders and project managers to ensure the best communication solutions. About the department
Oral Product Development (OPDev) is part of Emerging Technologies (ET), a newly established SVP area in Novo Nordisk. We have a growing pipeline of new products, many of which are based on emerging technology platforms coming into Product Supply via internal development projects and externally acquired assets.
