The Position As a Production Chemist, you will focus on continuous process optimization of our packaging lines and related processes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new technology. While being curious and seeking new opportunities to change and improve the current processes, it is crucial to be in close collaboration with colleagues in the department. The main tasks will be to:
• provide support for daily production operations and for systems, e.g. PAS-X
• handle deviations, change cases, SOPs, and other GMP documentation
• drive systematic problem-solving and participate in inspections and audits
• lead projects for continuous improvement of packaging lines and related processes in collaboration with colleagues
• participate in the development and implementation of new technologies You will be part of the on-call system to support production outside the day shift together with the other process supporters, where there will be rotation. Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• a master’s degree in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, production engineering, or similar. Newly graduates are welcome to apply
• experience in production in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Proficiency with IT systems and the ability to quickly learn new ones
• experience with PAS-X, and SAP is an advantage

About the department The HRT Packaging department is an integral part of our production team, working to ensure that our Hormonal Replacement Therapies (HRT) products are packed and delivered in high quality to patients worldwide. HRT Packaging department is known for its stable and efficient operation. You will become part of the Process Support team, which is responsible for the operation and processes of the packaging lines in production. The Process Support team collaborates closely with our craftsmen, technical supporters, and other stakeholders to maintain the smooth and stable operation of our packaging lines. Additionally, the Process Support team is responsible for the implementation of new technologies in the department and sharing them with colleagues across Novo Nordisk.
