The demand for driving global energy projects to support our factories worldwide is increasing and we need you on our journey. As Project Manager with specialist knowledge within renewable Energy and Sustainability, you will be responsible for identifying energy solutions in close collaboration with Emerging Technologies (ET) production sites as well as our Business Development & Support, securing that the solutions lives up to all relevant international standards, e.g. the Green House Gas protocol, as well as Novo Nordisk’s position on Energy. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations for environmental engagements within ET business areas.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements defined by Energy Management system (ISO50001) and internal requirements.
  • Follow up on energy data and report energy savings projects.
  • Manage the execution of renewable energy projects.
  • Apply your expertise in decarbonisation of processes and technologies to our pharmaceutical production processes
    • You will be working with production sites national and international.   • Youhold a master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, e.g., sustainability, energy management or engineering.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in managing energy transition projects within power, heat and steam.
  • Proven track record for effective collaboration across diverse teams with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written also to deliver presentations that are clear and with high impact.
  • You are fluent in both verbal and written English.

Furthermore, you have a strategic mind-set and an ability to quickly understand different business models and the energy industry dynamics. About the department In ET we are approximately 2,200 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK) but also in Boston (US), Durham (US) and Athlone (IE) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc. As our Energy Partner you will be part of the dynamic and evolving ET Business Development & Support (ET BDS) team based in Måløv.
