The position
Growing our Early Talent pool is a new strategic priority with the overall goal to ensure that pipeline talented, onboarded and trained employees into entry level roles in ET to ensure a sustainable growth of our area.
As Early Talent Coordinator, you will act as a consultant to line of business by advising and guiding leadership in ET on how to attract, recruit, lead, develop and motivate Early Talent across ET.
The main responsibilities will be to:
• Establish and reach the needed the percentage of early talents within 5 categories (academic students, union students, master thesis students, interns, and apprenticeships).
• Ensure the necessary tools and knowledge for leaders in ET on how to recruit and manage early talents.
• Keep track of the Early Talent KPIs and find a value adding reporting and governance structure.
• Participate in talent outreach events to attracts all types of Early Talents to ET.
• Develop and anchor training and events to create programs that motivates and enables our Early Talents to pursue an entry career within ET.
Finally, you will create a community within for all types of Early Talent to inspire and retain them, motivating them to pursue a career within ET after their studies.
Please note that this role is currently located in Måløv, but from September 1st our offices will be relocated to Taastrup. Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with experience in project coordination/management with a passion for talent attraction.
You will be a great asset to our if you:
• Hold an academic degree withing HR or other relevant subjects.
• Have some years of experience in HR or similar coordinator roles.
• Are experienced in event management.
• Are knowledgeable in strategic workforce planning and talent pipelining.
• Are fully proficient in both English and Danish.
On a personal level, you are able to successfully communicate across all organisational levels and pride yourself on you stakeholder management skills. You are structured and driven, with a continuous improvement mindset. About the department
In ET we are more than 1800 dedicated employees in Måløv, Durham, Ireland and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market. Together we succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc. You will join the ET Training team. Our team is part of the “Strategy & Operational Excellence” department based in Måløv. The team consists of 7 training partner and supporter who drive and support strategic projects together within line of business and acts as strategic sparring partners to local managers on topics around training.
Additional you will work closely with the ET HR Business Partner team consisting of 9 HRBPs supporting line of business on HR matter as well as driving strategic HR projects.
