If so, you may be our new colleague in HAA Packaging in Gentofte that is part of Product Supply, Biotech & Rare Disease, Finished Products Gentofte & Kirke Værløse (BRD FP GEVA)
The position
As our new Advanced Assembly and Pack Professional, you will be part of the team supporting all the needs of the assembly and packaging lines. You will be responsible for validating and documenting changes that are made on the individual lines in collaboration with your colleagues in the Packaging support team.
Your key responsibilities would include:
• Ensuring that everything runs in accordance with the regulatory requirements of a pharmaceutical production and secure the production lines are in a validated state.
• Working closely with operators, technicians, supporters, and Quality Assurance (QA).
• Data analytics for securing optimized performance of the production lines by having an eye for improvement initiatives, optimization possibilities and cLEAN activities within quality and productivity.
• Solving complex issues on assembly and packaging lines Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• You must have a relevant education e.g. in engineering, pharmacy or biotechnology.
• A minimum of a year of experience working within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated / GMP industry
• Relevant experience with validation techniques on production lines
• Knowledge of change control reporting
• A technical and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills both in English and Danish As a person, you are social and positive by nature. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and you like to share your knowledge. Furthermore, you can make the necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. On a personal level, you are a team player who takes pride in good collaboration across departments. You thrive in a dynamic environment with daily changes, but your goal is always the same; to ensure stable production and develop our product lines.
About the department
You will become a part of team of six supporters, each bringing unique skills, all working together to support and improve the packaging lines in Gentofte.
The department has 23 people, packaging GlucaGen and NovoThirteen for the Global market.
