We are seeking a Clean Utility Subject Matter Expert to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry and make a meaningful impact.
As a Clean Utility Subject Matter Expert, you will be joining Novo Nordisk's Utility Production & Maintenance Team at our Gentofte site. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our clean utility systems, including WFI, clean steam, compressed air, and other related systems. As a Clean Utility SME, you will use your expert knowledge and skills to develop and maintain our clean utilities systems, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and company standards. You will be responsible for timely and efficient maintenance, systematic problem solving, implementing standard operating procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to integrate and operate our clean utilities systems.
Some of your areas of responsibility may include:
• Operation and maintenance of clean utilities, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and Novo Nordisk standards.
• Technical support, and systematic problem solving.
• Stakeholder management to ensure proper integration and operation of clean utilities.
• Project support in relation to design of clean utilities.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing, pragmatic approach, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and work in a utility team. Ideally, you have a degree in engineering or marine engineer, combined with previous experience as skilled worker. You should have at least a couple of years of experience working with clean utilities in the pharmaceutical or food industry. To succeed in this role, you have: • Degree in engineering or marine engineer.
• A least 3 years of clean utilities experience.
• Operation and maintenance experience within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Fluency in both English and the Danish is a prerequisite for this position.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems, SAP is an advantage.
About the department
BRD Finished Products Gentofte (BRD FP GEVA) Technical Service is a technical department with approximately 80 employees with many different skills and education, delivering technical services and utilities to the other production departments at site Gentofte in general. Deliveries include Water for Injection (WFI), clean steam, compressed air, various gases, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC. Besides the production and supply of utilities, the department delivers several other services all over Novo Nordisk, e.g., Calibration and Metrology tasks. The department is responsible for an expansive project portfolio and has a dedicated team to support and deliver on this.
