The position
In this role of Training Professional, you will play a central role in in ensuring the most effective, efficient and compliant training and competence development best suited for the business area.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Support management in ensuring effective, efficient and compliant training and competence development set-up best suited for the business area
• Perform evaluation of training effectiveness and analyse business challenges in terms of training, competence development or performance support
• Identifying needs for optimization and improvement in training setups both locally and across entire CVP area, OPdev
• Proactively roll out and anchor training related improvement projects (e.g. new standards, systems) and secure local buy-in
• Provide support to identify & assign relevant & necessary training just in time Finally, with outset in the tasks and specific problem at hand, you will be able to design and develop training solutions which are necessary and efficient to solve business problems and/or cover competence need and ensure that training is lifted to highest possible level in the organisation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate could be either experienced or newly educated, the most important is that you have a continuous improvement mindset. This is the right job for you if you are passionate, self-driven and thrive when making a meaningful impact.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within education related subjects
• Preferably have knowledge in adult learning principles to create training solutions
• Have great change and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience and “confidence” and as trainer and facilitator
• Are fully proficient on both English and Danish
It will be seen as an advantage if you have experience from working with LEAN and continuous improvement, as well as within planning and executing training projects and design and development of efficient training solutions.
On a personal level, you are motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities and driving change; your mindset enables you to challenge status quo and positively deal with stakeholder resistance. You use your knowledge and skills within learning and human behaviour to understanding and solve business problems.
About the department
You will join a newly established team within Oral Product Development Project Office in Emerging Technologies. Our growing team, QMS, Training and HS plays an central role in supporting the rest of OpDev, ensuring high quality, a safe work environment and a continuously improving training setup, to ensure optimized daily processes.
