The Position As a Process Supporter, you will help to ensure our license to operate for the production within the framework for which we are approved. You will face specific challenges in production and investigate the root cause. Using systematic problem-solving to implement solution, you will train operators and skilled workers on that solution. Our team consists of 10 employees with different backgrounds in production. We also collaborate with other employees in production. The main tasks will be to:
• Process challenges from daily operations, including ensuring that production meets GMP requirements.
• Take care of development of process optimizations and projects.
• Perform examination and description of deviations from production.
• Document all trainings and descriptions of the processes.
• Participate in the telephone shifts that runs alternately between all the supporters where we support the production by phone, also on weekends and holidays. Qualifications To be successful in the role, you have:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, biomedicine, mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Either experience in the area or newly graduated knowledge, and readiness to expand on it.
• PAS-X and GMP production knowledge, which is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Danish and English. As a person, you contribute to a committed team, where we place great emphasis on cooperation and well-being. You are both open and outgoing and at the same time have a good dose of humour and empathy. Ability to work independently in solving tasks is essential in this role. We find it important to make necessary decisions to solve challenges with a sense of efficiency and quality. We will welcome a colleague who has a sharp analytical sense, which makes it easy to see through connections between processes, materials and equipment. About the Department Oral Finished Products (OFP) is steadily growing and at present we are approximately 100 committed colleagues in Pack in OFP Production in Måløv. The purpose of the department is to pack tablets in blisters and then in boxes so that they can be sent out into the world. We have great ambitions for the future and are committed to delivering our products to our patients on time and in the highest quality. We succeed together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems, and processes.
