Key Responsibilities
Overall, you are accountable for operating within the context of the Total Group HRIT strategy and solutions. Further to that you will be responsible for the optimization and simplification of local HRIT systems in Denmark like; CatalystOne, SAP and Lessor.
Your key responsibilities will include tasks such as:

You will be reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness in HR and lead a team of 2-3 HRIT specialists. In this position you will drive data quality and be in charge of the HRIT infrastructure and system landscape for Total in Denmark. As you will interact with many stakeholders both within HR, Finance, IT, Corporate support functions in Paris and several external stakeholders, it is expected that you have strong communications skills and find it natural to build and maintain relations.

You know how to influence key stakeholders, you are analytical with focus on continues improvement. On top of that you ideally have HRIT change management expertise within the business and HR environment. You are a self-driven and inspirational leader who has a track record of motivating and developing employees.

- Align, secure and foster systems and data for reporting and analytics;
- Steer optimization and simplification of HR administrative processes;
- Lead and develop a motivated team of HRIT professionals;
- Liaise and collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize use of identity and master data.

Your background and qualifications
- Relevant MSc degree with several years of experience within HRIT, project management or IT;
- Strong HRIT technical background preferably with experience within either SAP, CatalystOne or Lessor;
- Experience from working with global HR processes;
- Ability to lead and deliver results through others;
- Experience from HRIT development and implementation, including cloud and mobile based solutions;
- Experience with process optimization and simplification, preferably with setting up shared services;
- Strong ability to adapt to change while working in a multinational setup and context;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency written and spoken English. Danish and or French is an advantage.
