Georg Jensen A/S is looking for an experienced manager for Customer Service & Sales Support.
You will report to the Head of Global Merchandising. The team consists of 16 team members (incl. a Customer Service team in Thailand), who dedicate their time and effort, offering excellent customer & sales support to Georg Jensen’s customers and stakeholders. The job is placed at the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
Georg Jensen has a leading market position in the high-end Jewellery market and premium Home Product market with distribution to the best retailers in the market. We strive to protect our strong brand position to ensure our customers continue to be inspired by Georg Jensen products.
The role
Are you an experienced People Manager, who ensures great results and motivates the team to achieve the highest results? Can you ensure that the team lives up to Georg Jensen’s exceptional customer service criteria, while following up-to-date guidelines and processes? Are you an organised and structured person, who can lead a support team? Then you might be who we are looking for.
The criteria for success in this position will be to lead and support the team, while ensuring strong processes and procedures are constantly updated / created, implemented and followed. Support should be delivered on time with a high level of quality.

- Managing Customer Service & Sales Support team in Denmark & Thailand
- Develop and implement processes supporting the sales organisation
- Coordinating and ensuring excellent customer experience and service
- On-going analysis of key wholesale customer satisfaction and customer expectations
- Development and contribution with various sales insights and presentation materials
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has several years of experience within customer service and / or sales, and 3-5 years of experience as a People Manager. Relevant education is also required.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Ability to be supportive, drive projects and development of the team
- Structured with a hands-on mentality and solid in problem solving, while striving for constant improvement
- Sales and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate and network in a complex structure
- Strong numerical skills and an analytical mind-set
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- High proficiency in English and Danish with strong communication skills
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Excel. Axapta experience is a plus
