The position
As a Senior Manager of QA Support, you will lead and manage the FPM QA Support team, ensuring optimum planning, prioritization, standardization, and utilization of cross functional QA support resources within FPM QA. You will also be a part of FPM QA management, playing a key role in supporting strategic priorities and driving quality activities across the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:• Run GMP-related processes and activities like SAP, Training, LEAN, and inspection support
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand local processes, challenges and opportunities
• Foster high-performance and well-being within an agile team, developing employees and securing psychological safety
• Lead by the Novo Nordisk way and Novo Nordisk leadership skills framework Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• A relevant educational background within life science, engineering, business or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels, including global stakeholders
• Solid understanding of GMP-related processes and the pharmaceutical value chain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fully proficient in EnglishOn a personal level you have high level of integrity, are openminded and curious, and therefore constantly on the lookout for how to improve processes. You are a team player, a fast learner with the ability to drive change, and you leverage your relationships with stakeholders to support your employees in achieving success in projects and tasks. Building structure comes naturally to you and you are dedicated to foster a healthy working environment. About the department
FPM QA Support consist of approx. 10 highly engaged professionals and specialists supporting FPM QA management in driving an ambitious agenda across the organisation aimed at ensuring highest quality to our patients. FPM QA Support are currently based in Gentofte but will relocate to PSQIT headquarter in Taastrup (Site TAA) during 2025.FPM QA is a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, and are responsible for quality assurance of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging. Our primary goal is to ensure that all finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards before distribution to people living with serious chronic diseases. We employs 250 highly skilled Quality professionals located in Denmark, Algeria, Russia, Iran, and Japan. Working at Novo Nordisk
