Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Demand Planning Specialist to work at our HQ in Skanderborg, Denmark.

Dynaudio is in an exciting development, and we experience an increasing demand, meaning extra demand on our supply chain. You will become part of our Sales Coordination and Demand Planning Team, where we work with independent areas of responsibility but ensure that we can support and help each other. You will join a team of colleagues, where communication and sharing information is a key factor for success.
About you
Demand Forecast Management, Supply Forecast, Order Management & Order processing are probably well-known phrases in your vocabulary.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Since you are in contact with partners and customers daily, you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in English in both writing and speaking, English is also our company language.
If you are proficient in German or Chinese, it will be considered an advantage.

About the job
The purpose of this position is to connect the internal Supply Chain’s abilities with the customers’ demands and make ends meet.
More specifically your responsibilities include:
- Collect and analyse demand forecast form customers
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, production team and work out MPS then update forecast commitment to customers
- Prepare and maintain relevant S&OP reports
- Process orders in Dynamics365
- Proactively solve order issues

- 5 years’ experience in demand planning, sales operations management or similar in a manufacturing company
- Experience in S&OP processes
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and operations management
- Skills in supply chain data analysis and decision making based on data
- Solid communication skills and proven track record in communicating with customers globally
