Student Assistant for Retail IT Learning & Collaboration

A central role with high degree of responsibility and flexibility
You will become part of our international, cross professional and cross generation team and work very closely with our Learning Architect. In your new student job, your tasks will vary to a certain extent depending on the team's specific projects and needs, however with strong focus on designing and facilitating Learning that sticks and changes behavior.
You will primarily work with a diverse and international group of Subject matter experts and Super Users from our Global deployment teams, creating and updating learning material, helping community managers to optimize our learning communities on our learning experience platform Fuse Universal.
You will be employed on flexible terms that are consistent with your study, but we would like your help approx. 20 hours per week, preferably 2-3 regular days. It is important to note that some weeks will be busier than others in relations to various projects, calendar of activities will be discussed and planned together.
Born communicator with desire to keep learning
To fulfill this position, we imagine that:
- You are currently enrolled on a higher education on BA or MA level and have minimum 2 years left
- You are passionate about adult learning, learning communities, communication, change management
- You are not afraid of learning to code with HTML/CSS and designing community pages
- You are fluent in English - written and oral
- You are characterised by a high degree of ownership of your tasks, respect for deadlines and great desire to learn more
- You are curious and good in asking qualified questions and a born communicator who quickly establishes networks
- You are self-driven and have the courage to run your own tasks, but at the same time humble enough to ask more experienced colleagues for advice if you encounter problems
- You will contribute to the team with the latest trends within learning and interesting questions, but also with good mood and exquisite humor
- You are hardworking and can withstand pressure in peak periods and do not lose your good spirit when the to-do-list seems endless and your subject matter experts are too busy to help you.
