Consumer Happiness Manager

Hearing aids have evolved tremendously over the last decades, turning into connected mini sound computers with deep neural networks and integrated app experiences - helping users improve their hearing health. Today they connect to your phone, or even to your smart home.

To help with our products more specifically, we are looking for a passionate professional, to be a part of our Digital Content & Consumer Happiness team.

In this role you will not only be expected to deliver great service to our users, but to also have a strategic mindset thinking about how to leverage all the great insights we get from our users throughout the business and most importantly with our digital content.

Best-in-class customer support

Our main responsibilities are to deliver consumer support (for app-users) and digital content to help market the Demant hearing aid brands.

As a service-minded professional you know the importance of good communication when it comes to customer service. On top of answering inquiries from our app users you get a chance to use your analytical mindset, thinking about how to use the user’s insights to create digital content and to improve other parts of the business.
As a first point of contact for our consumer you will lead the conversation to understand and solve different support needs in relation to the app experience. Your insight is important to diagnose, analyze and understand the different consumer pain points and needs.

By building a knowledge database for efficiency and knowledge sharing you can help us become even better at building the best hearing experience in the world.

Your Qualifications

You are a talented professional who has a passion for great customer service and has an analytical mindset.

  • Experience with customer service is a plus, but commitment to consumer happiness is a must
  • Ability to understand and translate technical details into understandable and user-friendly language
  • Understand digital app-based services and experiences
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and another major language
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and independently
  • Experience with a major CX software such as Dixa or Zendesk is a plus
