Søborg
European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation and divestment of assets. Our company of 140 employees has since 2004 installed more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy. We have a bond of €200m listed on NASDAQ and report financial statements in alignment with IFRS. We have an equity of more than €120m and expect a result before taxes on €30-35m for 2019. We operate globally and employ 20 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. For the newly created position as Treasurer, you will be part of our Finance department with reference to our CFO. Your overall responsibility will be centered on building up and optimizing a treasury function with focus of monitoring all current and projected cash inflows and outflows as well as necessary hedging of currency exposures according to our financial policy.
The position entails working across our various departments making sure that you have the overview on the current and future cash needs to fund acquisition of projects and construction activities.

- Creating and developing cash-flow forecasts
- Optimizing and developing our reporting system
Professional skills we expect from you
- You have completed a master at university level or an equivalent institution within finance or economy
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably from a similar role in a big corporation or a bank
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Professional proficiency in English and proficiency in Danish is an advantage
